If you are physically coming to the Collision Center, we strongly suggest you utilize our Secure Key Drop (Day or Night) or Curbside Drop-Off Service (Normal Business Hours) to limit human interaction in close spaces. If opting For Curbside Drop-Off during normal business hours, you can call us from our parking lot.

One of our team will come outside and take your keys. We are attempting to negate the need for you to come into the building at all. We can help mitigate with your insurance company & assist with a rental vehicle if needed.

Upon completion of your repair, we will call you for pick up. We can make arrangements for after hours if needed. We can also discuss delivery options if necessary.

Your vehicle’s touch points will be sanitized upon receipt and again after any repair is performed. 

This includes:

  • Door handles both exterior & interior
  • Steering wheel
  • Keys
  • Shifter
  • Seat adjustment
  • Turn signals
  • Temperature controls – Turn off Fan/Blower
  • Mirror adjustments

We are utilizing steering wheel, seat & shifter covers.

We are wearing gloves, discarding, washing hands.

We are sanitizing our wait room door handles, counters, seating, pens & outside Drop Box regularly.

Our team has been trained in effective coronavirus protocol and understand to stay home if exhibiting signs of sickness.

Healthcare Workers & First Responders will be given priority.

Together we will get through this COVID-19 event by staying safe & following recommendations.
